EY wanted to invite international C-level leaders from the power and utilities sector to to inspire and to connect them on topics like electrification of transport, decarbonization and sustainability in general.
The Solution
These clients are facing radical transformation - as distributed renewable generation, new digital technologies and changing consumer expectations are creating a new energy world that is more complex, competitive and challenging. Survival for utilities will depend on their ability to develop new capabilities, different business models and a mindset centered around agility and collaboration.
Together with nexxworks, the EY Norway Exploration Tour was all about fact finding and a unique opportunity for key senior executives involved in the energy transition.

The Program
