The Goal

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has built a great bottom-up innovation trajectory, and continuously identifies internal ideas and leading them all the way to implementation. 

To support this internal innovation mindset, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners wanted to give their local business units time to explore what’s next, what’s even bolder, simply to reinforce this direction of thinking.

The Solution

Every other month, we organize an inspiration session. These are one-hour meetings including an expert speaker and Q&A. The meetings are held virtual to allow as many geographies as possible to join, as well as to allow for recordings to be shared afterwards. 

The topics of the series are decided in co-creation between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and nexxworks, and hence customized to CCEP's needs. 

The Program

The series touched upon a variety of topics like customer experience, employee experience, supply chain, sustainability, global insights, etc. 

The inspiration was led by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners itself, and welcomed speakers and experts from the East to the West.

The Impact

The series is an inclusive touchpoint, reaching a large group of CCEP's employees worldwide in a very efficient way. It gives them a collective topic to discuss, in a safe way, without KPI’s, nor hierarchy involved. 

By bringing these conversations into the day-to-day, the company succeeds to show increasing numbers of new ideas, actual pilots and actual innovations implemented, year after year.

The nexxworks inspiration series helps us to imagine the future together with all the teams worldwide, and make the bridge to our day-to-day challenges as well.
