DAT Horizon 2 – from ‘shaping’ to finding 

The first DAT horizon is still a great deal about ‘shaping’ the individual and making sure they have the skills needed for their job, though. But HR can and should start to use technology to personalize the working experience to the employee instead of training the employee ‘for the job’. This second horizon in employee growth will be AI-driven, personalized and inspired by the evolutions in marketing, as Peter Hinssen explained at HR Tech World. It will be about finding the right employees and building the workplace around them: from shaping & training to finding and nurturing.

DAT Horizon 3 - Invisible & frictionless training

The next phase is even more radical. It’s what will happen when we will no longer need to invest energy in learning but start to merge with technology and connect our brains directly to the cloud. There will be no more friction between ‘knowledge’ and what the individual can or should know. Learning will become updating.
