A co-created, end-to-end designed video program that translates AI complexity into a clear storyline for leaders—moving from mindset and trust, to scaling AI, to the near-future impact of AI Agents, and finally to leading through uncertainty. The content was packaged as an accessible, shareable “show” hosted by Achmea leaders to align the organisation around Achmea’s AI vision and turn momentum into action.
The ElevAItion Academy is a sharp, leadership-first video series built around four chapters—Lead the Shift, Unlock the Value, Look Ahead, and Connect the Dots—designed to help leaders move from AI curiosity to confident, responsible action. Along the way, Prof. David De Cremer dives into what it means to be an AI-savvy leader (trust, accountability, and leadership in uncertainty), while Jeremiah Owyang explores the rise of AI Agents and what changes when “digital coworkers” start making decisions alongside teams.
