🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Cast next-level learning experiences by translating customer needs into custom innovation programs
  • Research and map out ecosystems—from trailblazing startups to global trendsetters—and connect the dots like a pro.‍
  • Build and curate every touchpoint, from immersive visits and thought-provoking keynotes to seamless moderation and logistics.‍
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry legends to shape programs that inspire and deliver real impact.‍
  • Shoot hoops with Nils and Dimitri 🏀, talk music with April and Stijn 🎶, go for brisk walks with Griet and Bieke 🚶️, dive into the world of Disney with Ineke 🎢 and have fun with Matthias and Eline 🎉

🧬 What properties

you should possess

  • A couple of years of experience in project or program management—you’ve been in the driver’s seat and know how to handle curves.
  • You’re a natural connector who builds bridges faster than others build decks.
  • You’ve got your finger on the pulse of innovation—in business, tech, culture, and everything in between. If it’s disrupting the status quo, you’re already into it.
  • Endlessly curious about emerging trends and future thinking.
  • Proactive and detail-obsessed—you catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff.
  • You understand how to align creative ideas with business value—crafting programs that don’t just wow, but deliver impact.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Bonus points for other languages.

    requirements

    • You are located in Belgium. 🇧🇪
    • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (or you can provide ample arguments why you are the perfect fit for this job). 💼
    • You have excellent knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus. 🗣️
    • Strong communication skills are a must in this role. 🗨️
    • Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have organizational talent. Dynamic, independent, flexible, and deadline-oriented work is what you do best. 📋
