Your mission? Makesure every single program sells out. You’ll design and execute the go-to-marketplay: campaigns, content, partnerships, pricing, and more.

It’s a role for someone who loves both the commercial chase and the operational detail. One moment you’re rallying the crowd, the next you’re checking that every lastticket is accounted for.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Sell out our Open Programs (no elephants or dancing bears required).
  • Build and run go-to-market campaigns in close collaboration with marketing.
  • Identify and seize new audiences and markets, starting with Europe.
  • Create and deliver content that converts (emails, socials, presentations).
  • Keep CRM and admin tight, so the growth engine runs smoothly.
  • Join our tours and connect with participants at the highest level.
  • Spot trends and opportunities in the innovation and learning space — always stay two acts ahead.

🧾 Practical

requirements

  • You are located in Belgium. 🇧🇪
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (or you can provide ample arguments why you are the perfect fit for this job). 💼
  • You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch!
  • Strong communication skills are a must in this role. 🗨️
  • Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have commercial talent.
