We’re looking for someone who can do for keynotes what Snoop Dogg did for bling: make it shine, make it big, make it happen.

In more professional terms: you’ll grow and professionalize our speakers collective. As our Keynote Growth Manager (yes, Compliance vetoed “Keynote Pimp”), you’ll be the ultimate connector between inspiring keynote speakers and ambitious organizations.

You’ll hunt down new clients, convince existing ones to book more, and keep operations running smoother than Morgan Freeman’s voice-over.

This is a role for someone who thrives on the commercial chase but also makes sure the details are nailed down. One moment you’re in conversation with a C-level exec, the next you’re double-checking the planning for an upcoming keynote.

What you’ll do

• Close deals like you’re selling water in the desert.
• Manage our speakers collective: contracts, schedules, scouting new talent (think Tinder, but for brains instead of abs).
• Work with marketing to put our speakers in the spotlight — literally and figuratively.
• Expand our keynote business across Europe and beyond.
• Keep CRM and admin up to date (yes, even showrunners need spreadsheets).
• Spot trends in the keynote and events market faster than you can say “mic drop.”

• Commercially sharp and not afraid to go for the close.
• Just as smooth talking to a CEO as you are ordering at a food truck.
• Native Dutch speaker with English so good you could fake a TED Talk.
• Organized and detail-oriented (you know both the devil and the margin are in the details).
• A fan of content, speakers, and people with ideas bigger than their PowerPoint decks.
• Someone who can scale a business line without scaling down the fun.

• You are located in Belgium. 🇧🇪
• You have 3–5 years of experience helping a business line grow: from shaping go-to-market plans, to chasing leads, to making sure operations keep up with the pace.
• You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch!
• Strong communication skills are a must in this role. 🗨️
• Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have commercial talent.
