In more professional terms: you’ll grow and professionalize our speakers collective. As our Keynote Growth Manager (yes, Compliance vetoed “Keynote Pimp”), you’ll be the ultimate connector between inspiring keynote speakers and ambitious organizations.

This is a role for someone who thrives on the commercial chase but also makes sure the details are nailed down. One moment you’re in conversation with a C-level exec, the next you’re double-checking the planning for an upcoming keynote.

What you’ll do

• Close deals like you’re selling water in the desert. 🏝️
• Manage our speakers collective: contracts, schedules, scouting new talent (think Tinder, but for brains)
• Work with marketing to put our speakers in the spotlight 🔦
• Expand our keynote business across Europe and beyond.
• Keep CRM and admin up to date
• Spot trends in the keynote and events market faster than you can say “mic drop.” 🎤

• Commercially sharp and not afraid to go for the close.
• A smooth talker.🕺🏻
• Native Dutch speaker with English so good you could fake a TED Talk.
• Organized and detail-oriented 🔎
• A fan of content, speakers, and people with ideas bigger than their PowerPoint decks.
• Someone who can scale a business line without scaling down the fun.

• You are located in Belgium. 🇧🇪
• You have 3–5 years of experience helping a business line grow: from shaping go-to-market plans, to chasing leads, to making sure operations keep up with the pace.
• You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch!
• Strong communication skills are a must in this role. 🗨️
• Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have commercial talent.
