You are the commercial owner of our keynote business: turning inbound interest into booked stages, proactively growing international demand, and professionalising how our speaker collective operates.
You manage the full commercial flow of our keynote offering.
That means:
You report directly to Matthias (Co-CEO) and work closely with marketing, program managers and admin. This is a solo role with strong team collaboration — and plenty of autonomy.
