About nexxworks
The world is changing at a rapid pace. Not only within AI but within multiple different industries we see innovation becoming the standard more rapid than ever. We help leaders & companies prepare for all these innovations (the Day After Tomorrow). Β
How do we do this? We bring leaders together in open tours towards the places where innovation happens, like Silicon Valley or China. Within our tailormade programs, we take (full management) teams of companies on a tour to give them the fully immersive experience. Closer to home, we also conduct keynotes, masterclasses and even have our own Podcast β Radar.
nexxworks is a very ambitious company, at the forefront of innovation, with clear goals for growth both national and international. Β
Within nexxworks we work very closely with thought leaders like Peter Hinssen, Pascal Coppens & Steven Van Belleghem. They deliver incredible insights every week that will be very useful for you to spread around our network. Β
π― The right fit we are looking for
You write for people who've already read everything and don't have time for noise. You know the difference between content that builds trust and content that fills a calendar slot. One you publish. The other you don't.
β
Your job is to make nexxworks impossible to ignore online. LinkedIn, the website, emails, the Radar podcast. You own the presence. You decide where the content lands and why. A post without a purpose is just noise. You know that by now.
But you also know that great content isn't just words. You think in visuals. You know when a single image does the work, when a carousel earns the scroll, when a short video is the only honest format for the story. Canva is muscle memory. Reels and short-form don't intimidate you. You brief the people around you and make the whole thing better.
You'll work closely with a senior marketeer who will spar with you on strategy and help you see the bigger picture over time. But the content? That's yours. You get a license to operate, and we expect you to use it.
β
π οΈ What you'll do
β
π£ Own the online presence. LinkedIn, website, emails, other channels. You decide what goes where and why.
β
βοΈ Write newsletters people actually open. Segmented. Useful. Not a roundup of things people already saw.
β
ποΈ Push the Radar podcast further. From production support to promotion. Make more people listen.
β
π
Build and hold the content calendar. You decide where we push the content for the most impact.
β
π Create three major content pieces per year Β Together with our thought leaders and awesome team.Β
β
π€ Collaborate on campaigns. Work with our senior marketeer on ads, conversion content, and anything that needs to move people from curious to committed.
β
π Spot what's broken and fix it. You won't need to ask permission.
β
π· You write for people who've seen it all. C-suite audiences, senior professionals. You don't talk down to them, and you don't try to impress them either.
π· Witty, professional, and human. You know the difference between clever and trying too hard.
π· You think visually. Design, layout, format. You understand how these choices make content land differently.
π· Genuinely curious about what's next. It's what we live and breathe.
π· Organized, but still flexible. You manage a content calendar. You also drop everything for a good story.
π· AI is already in your toolkit. Not as a need. As an amplifier of your own skillset.
