How much does it cost to join the tour?

Excluded: Flight to and from China
*EU legislation surrounding VAT has changed in 2021. All organizations selling travel packages are subject to the new VAT rules. For destinations outside of the EU, like this tour, you will have to pay 0% VAT.
Practicals
Kick-off: Saturday, July 4th at 18:00, starting at our hotel
Wrap-up: Friday, July 10th at 16:00, final location TBD.
What if I need to cancel?
- 4 months before the event, there is no cancellation fee
- Between 4 months and 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the fee.
- During the last 8 weeks, the full fee will be charged
