Price: €6.499 Excl. VAT*

Excluded:
- Transfer to and from Copenhagen
*EU legislation surrounding VAT has changed in 2021. All organizations selling travel packages are subject to the new VAT rules. For destinations within the EU, you will pay 21% VAT on a 13% margin. For destinations outside of the EU, you pay 0% VAT.

What is the cancellation policy?
- 4 months before the event, there is no cancellation fee
- Between 4 months and 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is €3.249 Excl. VAT.
- During the last 8 weeks, the full fee will be charged
❗️If due to an international travel ban we have to postpone and you aren't available during the new date, there is no cancellation fee.
❗️In all circumstances, you are allowed to send someone else to take your place, if it does not work out for your own agenda or personal life
