Who should join this tour?
This is an ‘open tour’ wherefore participants need to apply, so we can make sure the group exists out of c-level or equivalent leaders. You can join with multiple team members, but diverse sectors and companies are represented. We encourage companies can learn and inspire each other during our innovation programs.
How much does it cost to join the tour?
€4.699 VAT incl (margin scheme)

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your participation 4 months before the event, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 4 months and 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is €2.249 excl. VAT. If you cancel during the last 8 weeks, the full fee will be charged. The go/no-go date is set for the 16th of May. After which we'll communicate if we go through with the tour. You will not be billed before the go/no-go date. If due to Covid we have to postpone and you aren't available during the new date, there is no cancellation fee. In all circumstances, you are allowed to send someone else to take your place, if it does not work out for your own agenda or personal life.
