Who should join this tour?
This is an ‘open tour’ wherefore participants need to apply, so we can make sure the group exists out of c-level or equivalent leaders. You can join with multiple team members, but diverse sectors and companies are represented. We encourage companies to learn and inspire each other during our innovation programs.
How much does it cost to join the tour?
Early bird: €10.790 Excl. VAT*
Incl. Transfers during the program, food &beverages, hotel
Excl. Transfers from and to China
10% off for the first 10 seats, normal price €11.990 Excl. VAT
*EU legislation surrounding VAT has changed in 2021. All organizations selling travel packages are subject to the new VAT rules. For destinations outside of the EU, like this tour, you will have to pay 0% VAT.

What if I need to cancel?
- 4 months before the event, there is no cancellation fee
- Between 4 months and 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is €5.995 Excl. VAT.
- During the last 8 weeks, the full fee will be charged
❗️If due to an international travel ban we have to postpone and you aren't available during the new date, there is no cancellation fee.
❗️In all circumstances, you are allowed to send someone else to take your place, if it does not work out for your own agenda or personal life.
