Every organisation runs on three horizons:
- Today is operations: the inbox, the quarter, the fire that started at nine this morning.
- Tomorrow is strategy: the roadmap, the budget round, the plan you defend in November.
- And then there is the day after tomorrow, the horizon where the genuine shifts happen.
Almost nobody makes time for that third one, because nothing on it is ever urgent. It is also the only horizon where you can still change the outcome. By the time a shift reaches your quarter, the decisions that mattered were taken years earlier, usually by someone else.
December 4 is that time, no operational agenda, no laptop open on your knees. One day to look up and work out where your organisation needs to stand in 2040, alongside people who spend their working lives studying exactly that.
Nobody can predict the future and we will not pretend otherwise. What you can do is get radically better at reading what is coming, and at deciding what to do about it before it arrives. That is the entire point of this day.

Three forces, one day
We built the program around the three forces we believe will settle the next decade.
Each gets its own keynotes, in this order.
Seven keynotes back to back, and no workshops this edition: the feedback from April was unanimous, people came for the thinking.
1. Geopolitics: trade, energy, capital and technological sovereignty are being redrawn while you read this. Where Europe ends up, how China keeps evolving, and what both do to your markets, your supply chain and your cost base.
2. Technology: superintelligence and physical AI have left the thought-experiment stage. What compounds, what quietly collapses, and what happens to your people, your processes and your platforms once labour becomes programmable.
3. Humans: when intelligence turns cheap, empathy becomes the scarce asset. How leadership, expectations and the incoming generations shift, and what people will want from your company and from your brand.

Your registration provides full-day access to all event sessions and activities, including:
- 6 keynote sessions (plus a 7th bonus session), and a complete event workbook with materials.
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and refreshments throughout the day.
- Access to all networking opportunities, a post-event summary with resources, and a certificate of participation.
- On-site parking spots are included.

What is the cancellation policy?
- 4 months before the event, there is no cancellation fee
- Between 4 months and 8 weeks before the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the fee.
- During the last 8 weeks, the full fee will be charged
